Rates quoted in Euro, per room per night, including buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant plus taxes and services.
Any request for hotel accommodation must be indicated on the registration form, and must be pre-paid in full by Credit Card to guarantee the reservation.
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis upon completion of the online registration on this website.
Should you require hotel accommodation outside of the conference dates please check with us by email (eswi2008@gcoeurope.com) prior to confirming your flight itinerary as availability is limited.
It is hotel policy not to guarantee access to guest rooms before the check-in time shown for your hotel.
To guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved the day prior to arrival, which is subject to availability.
Room reservations are acknowledged by return email which will be sent to the email address stated on your registration form.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel on or before 16 April 2008, you will be refunded in full less one night deposit and any applicable bank charges. Cancelletions made after 16 April 2008, no refund is payable.
Refunds are made after the conference. A special cancellation policy applies for groups which is included in the "Group Hotel Terms and Conditions" sent to the group leader at the time of booking.
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing hotel accomodation through GCO for the ESWI conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the "Single Client Hotel Terms and Conditions".
