In order to register for the ESWI conference, you must register on-site in Vilamoura.
Registration will take place in the lobby of the conference venue,

The conference registration fee includes: access to the conference, programme book, proceedings, airport transfers, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome dinner and farewell evening.

Registration Information
Cancellation policy
Participants cancelling their registration before June 01, 2008, will receive a 50% refund.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Conference Secretariat by email to eswi2008@gcoeurope.com.
Credit Card charges
Your credit card will be charged by Global Conference Organisers (GCO) B.V. who are acting on behalf of ESWI.
Currency
All above mentioned charges are in (€) Euros.
Hotel Reservation
We are pleased to offer you a hotel booking service for your accomodation during the ESWI conference.
We advise you to select your hotel and purchase your accomodation online at the same time as registering for the conference.
If you wish to book your hotel or amend your booking at a later date please note that this will incur a manual processing fee of €25.
Name change
Name substitutions are accepted at any time prior to 23 August 2008 at an extra charge of €25.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed after the conference.

By registering for the ESWI conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the "Delegate Terms and Conditions".
