Young Scientist Fund
ESWI supports young scientists in their careers and in their research to advance the understanding of influenza that will lead to better treatment, more effective prevention, and ultimately to a cure. Through the Young Scientist Fund, which is named after ESWI's founding chairman Professor Claude Hannoun, ESWI will provide approximately 50 grants to young scientists.
This year saw a record number of grant applications and the call of applications is closed with no further applications being considered. All applications have been reviewed by a peer review committee with applicants being notified of their acceptance status by email. Successful grant applicants will present their research in either Oral or Poster format during the conference.
